We've spent years on both sides of the content engine — managing brand and creator pipelines and watching the same bottleneck appear every time: the agency has the strategy and the relationships, but the production process collapses under volume. Senior strategists rewrite junior drafts. The 15th client tips the system over. AI tools either replaced the wrong layer (the creative judgment, badly) or didn't replace anything (just another scheduler).
