You can cancel your Solvgent subscription at any time. This page explains how to cancel, when the cancellation takes effect, and what happens to your data afterward. This policy supplements Section 13.1 of our Terms of Service; in the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel a Solvgent subscription in two ways:
- From the in-app billing portal. Sign in at solvgent.app, open Settings → Billing, and click Cancel subscription. Confirmation is shown on screen and a confirmation email is sent to the account owner within minutes.
- By email. Send a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account to billing [at] solvgent [dot] com . Include your organization name. We process email cancellations within one (1) business day and send a written confirmation when the cancellation is recorded.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until that date, you keep full access to the Service at the plan you cancelled from. We do not pro-rate or partially refund the current period; for refund situations see our Refund Policy.
- Monthly plans: access continues until the end of the current monthly billing date, then ends. No further charges are made.
- Annual plans: access continues until the end of the paid annual term. The annual plan will not renew. If you wish to stop charges from auto-renewing, cancel at any time before the renewal date.
- Founding pilots: 14-day exit clause on either side, as described in the Pilot Agreement.
3. No long-term contracts
Solvgent does not require a minimum term. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Annual plans are single-term commitments that do not auto-extend without your affirmative renewal.
4. What happens to your data after cancellation
After cancellation takes effect, your account moves to a read-only export state for ninety (90) days. During that window you can:
- Sign in to download your content, brand assets, and analytics exports.
- Request a full data export by emailing privacy [at] solvgent [dot] com .
After the 90-day window, customer data is deleted from production systems and removed from encrypted backups on our standard rotation. Deletion can be requested earlier under the Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
5. Re-activating a cancelled subscription
If you decide to come back within the 90-day grace window, we can re-activate your account in place with your prior brands, content history, and feedback memory intact. Email billing [at] solvgent [dot] com and we will issue a new subscription at the then-current pricing.
6. Cancellation initiated by Solvgent
We may suspend or terminate your subscription for material breach of the Terms (for example, failure to pay, prohibited use). Where we terminate without cause partway through a paid period, we pro-rate and refund the unused portion as described in the Refund Policy.
