Are tokens or AI usage included? +
Yes. There is no separate per-token fee within the included monthly post quota for each tier. Heavy custom workloads at the Enterprise tier are scoped individually.
What's a 'brand'? +
A managed brand is one social-media identity — typically one client of your agency, or one of your own brands. Multiple connected platforms (e.g., Instagram + LinkedIn + TikTok) for the same brand count as one brand.
Can I switch tiers? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Do you offer a free trial? +
No free trial — instead we offer a 14-day risk-free pilot. If the pilot doesn't deliver, you exit with pro-rated refund. This forces us to ship value, not vanity.
Refunds? +
Full pro-rated refund on Solvgent's termination without cause. No refund for mid-period cancellation by customer. Exceptions for documented material defects.
