Agencies lose days to approvals. Drafts go out as screenshots, feedback comes back in three places, and someone has to work out which version the client actually approved. Client review links put sign-off in one place without asking the client for an account.

What the client sees

You pick the posts, such as next week’s drafts for one brand, and send them as one link. The client opens it in a browser. No sign-up, no password.

For each post, they can:

  • Approve it.
  • Request changes, with a comment explaining what to fix.

They can also approve everything that’s left in one click.

What happens next

Each response shows up on the post in your review queue. Approved posts can be scheduled. Posts with requested changes go back to your team with the client’s comment attached.

What the client can’t see

A review link shows only the posts you put in it. It doesn’t open your workspace, other brands or other clients. You can revoke a link at any time, and links can expire.

Which plans include it

Client review links are part of Agency Pro and Enterprise. The 14-day trial runs with most Agency Pro features, so you can try them with a real client before you pay.

Every plan has the internal review queue, where your team approves, requests changes or rejects each draft. Nothing publishes until someone approves it.
