How Solvgent fixes it

01 · One inbox

Every comment in one place.

Comments from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn come into one inbox, sorted by brand.

02 · Drafted replies

A reply in your voice, on request.

Ask for a draft, and Solvgent writes it from the brand's voice and facts. Only approved replies are sent.

03 · Comment keywords

A keyword can start a DM.

On Instagram, set a keyword like MENU with at least three message variations. Matching comments get a DM, within an hourly limit you set.

Does Solvgent reply to comments on its own?

No. A person approves each reply before it's sent. The one exception is the Instagram comment keyword, which you set up yourself.

Which networks are in the inbox?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn. Pinterest isn't in the inbox.

Is there a DM inbox?

No. The inbox covers comments. Solvgent doesn't manage your DM conversations.
