Approvals

Nothing posts until someone says yes.

Drafts written from a brief get an automated quality review, then wait in your queue to be approved, changed or rejected. On Agency Pro, clients sign off from a link.

How it works

Approvals, in practice.

  • Quality review
  • Review queue
  • Request changes
  • Roles and permissions
  • Client review links

01 · Quality review

Checked before it reaches you.

Drafts written from a brief are reviewed automatically for voice, readability, engagement and grounding in your facts. If the review names an issue, Solvgent tries one rewrite before the draft reaches your queue.

More about Quality review
  • Runs on every plan
  • If the review can't run, the draft is marked unreviewed. It isn't passed.

02 · Review queue

One queue for every brand.

Approve, request changes or reject each draft. Roles decide who can approve, so an editor can submit for review without being able to publish.

03 · Client review links

Clients approve from a link. No login.

Send a batch of posts to a client as one link. They approve posts, approve everything left, or request changes with a comment, and you see each response in the queue.

  • Links can be revoked or set to expire

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else? Ask a person →

Can anything publish without approval?

No. Drafts wait in the review queue until someone with permission approves them.

Which plans have client review links?

Agency Pro and Enterprise. The 14-day trial includes them too, because it runs with most Agency Pro features.

Do clients need an account?

No. Review links work without a login. Clients can approve posts or request changes with a comment.

What does the quality review check?

Voice, readability, engagement and whether the draft sticks to the facts you provided. It's an automated check and it can be wrong. The human approval is the final say.
